Make cuts on chicken tikka pieces.
In bowl,add yogurt,ginger garlic paste,cumin seeds,red chili powder,chaat masala,whole Spice powder,coriander seeds,salt, Orange food color,lemon juice, oil and mix well.
Now add chicken tikka pieces into the marinade ,mix well and marinate for 2-4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
In a pan pour oil then add marinated Chicken and cook from both sides on high flame then proceed to slow cooking for about 15 minutes or until done.
Then put small grill on stove top and grill the chicken Tikka , simultaneously basting it with olive oil from all sides.
Then give coal smoke in a tighltly closed pan.
Serve with, tamarind sauce, green chutney, tomato ketchup, Onion slices and lemon wedges.Along with roti,bread,naan,pori or rice.
