1 1/2tsp Yeast Active dry

1cupWater Luke warm
3cupsAll-purpose flour

For Fajita Chicken Filling
2 tbspCooking oil
300gmChicken cubes
1 tspGarlic powder
1tspSalt or to taste
2tspRed chili powder
1 1/2tspRed chili crushed
1tspDried oregano
1 1/2tbspLemon juice
1/2cupMushrooms sliced
1Onion sliced medium
1/2cupCapsicum julienne

Instructions
Pizza Dough
In small jug,add active dry yeast,sugar,warm water and mix well,cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
In all-purpose flour,add salt, oil , milk powder and mix well.Now add yeast mixture and mix well.Gradually add warm water and knead until all the ingredients combine together and form a sticky dough , cover and let it rest for 2-3 hours.
Pizza Sauce
Take some oil in pan add in the tomato puree and cook it for few minutes . Then sprinkle the spices and some ketchup or tomato paste , cook until desired consistency . It should not be too thick or thin .
For Fajita Chicken Filling
In frying pan,add cooking oil saute chicken cube until changes color. Add garlic powder,salt,red chili powder,red chili crushed and dried oregano,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add lemon juice and mix well. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Add onion,capsicum and stir for 2 minutes & set aside.
Assembling:
Take a small dough and make a ball,on pizza tray,sprinkle oil and press to make a flat dough and poke with fork.
