Tuscan Chicken Recipe

Silky, creamy, super cheesy…this Tuscan Chicken will become your new favorite!

For Chicken:

  • 200 gm Boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil for grilling
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Chopped garlic

For Creamy Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp Green chilies chopped
  • 1/2 ltr Cooking cream
  • 1 Chicken cube
  • 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Mixed herbs

For veggies:

  • 7 meduim Mushrooms chopped
  • 5 tbsp Spinach boiled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Tomato chopped

For Garnish:

  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Oregano


  • First season the Chicken pieces with Salt, Black pepper powder, and Garlic powder.Then saute each side in some olive oil and butter along with some chopped garlic for few minutes and Cook it until done or looks golden, set aside.
  • Then saute the some chopped garlic and green chilies in the same pan until flavors comes out. Then add in the cooking cream with some mix herbs , Chicken cube & Chili flakes and simmer it until thickens.
  • Then add in your fried Chicken pieces along with all of its juice , chopped vegetables and cook it for couple of minutes.
  • At last Sprinkle Oregano ,mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and simmer for a couple of minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Serve hot with rice , salad or bread.
