Beef keema puff pastry is a classic appetizer of Pakistan amd a popular snack in Ramadan that combines tender, flavorful beef mince with flaky puff pastry.

Ingredients
Beef Keema Filling
2tbspOil
250gmsBeef Keema
2tbspGinger garlic paste
1/2 tbspCoriander seeds roasted & crushed
1tspSalt or to taste
1/2tbspRed chili crushed
1tspCumin seeds roasted & crushed
1 tbspGreen chilies chopped
1/3cupFresh coriander chopped
1/3 cupOnion chopped
Assembling
20piecesPuff pastry sheets(small squares)
1/3 cupEgg wash(An egg+1 tbsp water)
Instructions
Beef Qeema filling
In a frying pan, heat oil and add the beef mince (keema). Mix well until the mince changes colour and is no longer pink.
Add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies, roasted and crushed coriander and cumin seeds, salt, and red chilli flakes.
Mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes until the spices are fragrant and the mince is cooked. Add chopped fresh coriander, and onion and mix well for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool down
Assembling
Spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture(1 tbsp) onto each puff pastry square, leaving a small border around the edges to seal by pinching them with your fingers and fork.
Place the puff pastry squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops of the puff pastry squares with the egg wash.
Baking
Bake the puff pastry squares in the oven for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown and puffed up.
Broil for 5 more minutes for golden and crispy tops.
Serve the beef keema puff pastry hot and fresh for the best flavour and texture. Servew with ketchup or mayo, green chutney, etc.
