Chicken frying:
If the chicken breasts you are using are overly thick, you can butterfly them, cutting all the way through so you end up with two thinner cuts of chicken breast.
Season the Chicken pieces , and saute each side in butter and garlic for few minutes and cook it until done or looks golden.
Once your chicken is done set it aside and use the same pan for the further process.
Creamy Sauce:
This sauce is luxurious and creamy and makes the creamy Tuscan garlic chicken,oh! so delicious.
First saute the garlic and green chilies in the same pan until flavors comes out. Then add in the cooking cream with some herbs and seasoning and simmer it until thickens.
If you don’t want to use any type of creams , then you can simply make your own white sauce / bechamal, to avoid making it rich.
Addition of Veggies:
Once your creamy dreamy sauce is ready, then add in your fried Chicken pieces along with all of its juice , favorite chopped vegetables for making healthy Tuscan chicken and cook it for couple of minutes.
At last Sprinkle some dry herbs,mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and simmer for a couple of minutes or until cheese is melted.

How to Reheat & Store Tuscan Chicken?
If you have any leftovers of this Tuscan chicken (lucky you!),then store them in the fridge in a lidded container for up to three days.
Like most recipes with cheese or cream or white sauce, I don’t find that those recipes freezes well. Although, you could make the fresh white sauce by itself to pour on top of previously cooked leftover chicken .
Tuscan Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
For Chicken:
- 200 gm Boneless chicken breast
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Olive oil for grilling
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
For Creamy Sauce:
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Green chilies chopped
- 1/2 ltr Cooking cream
- 1 Chicken cube
- 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Mixed herbs
For veggies:
- 7 meduim Mushrooms chopped
- 5 tbsp Spinach boiled and chopped
- 1/2 cup Tomato chopped
For Garnish:
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- 1 tsp Oregano
Instructions
- First season the Chicken pieces with Salt, Black pepper powder, and Garlic powder.Then saute each side in some olive oil and butter along with some chopped garlic for few minutes and Cook it until done or looks golden, set aside.
- Then saute the some chopped garlic and green chilies in the same pan until flavors comes out. Then add in the cooking cream with some mix herbs , Chicken cube & Chili flakes and simmer it until thickens.
- Then add in your fried Chicken pieces along with all of its juice , chopped vegetables and cook it for couple of minutes.
- At last Sprinkle Oregano ,mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and simmer for a couple of minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot with rice , salad or bread.
Pro Tips:
- If you make your own white sauce then full fat milk is preferred for maximum flavor, but low fat milk is OK. You can also use a light cream, heavy cream or evaporated milk.
- Instead of using chicken breast , you can also use chicken thighs for a more juicy version.
- Green Chilies are optional , they gave a more spicy flavor.
